Reservation Policy & Requirements:

Walk-ins are welcome, but advance reservations are recommended to ensure a short waiting time.

Photo ID and valid ticket/ voucher are REQUIRED for boarding.

We will do our best to re-schedule tours affected by weather conditions, acts of God or other unforeseen events. Refunds will be issued if a tour cannot be re-scheduled.

Cancellations, No Shows and Late Arrivals:   

Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will incur a fee of $50 per passenger. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time as well as no-shows will be responsible for paying 100% of tour charges. Late arrivals will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advanced and we will re-schedule your tour at no cost. Manhattan Helicopters strongly recommends that in case of a late arrival or cancellation

passengers contact our Operations Desk directly at +1 (646) 395-3899.
